Shipping & Returns


Each item is made to order, according to your bespoke specifications. We aim to dispatch goods within 2-5 working days from receipt of your order. We take great care to keep stock of all yarn colours, but should stock of a specific colour sell out, you will be contacted as soon as possible to advise of the delay.

Please check your delivery address carefully to ensure that your items are delivered to the correct address.

Returns of Physical Products

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us on so that we can discuss the issue and come to an arrangement regarding how to address it. To qualify for a refund, the items must be returned in original unworn and unwashed condition with all tags and packaging intact. Postage will only be refunded if the item is found to be faulty, otherwise the cost of returning the goods will be at your own expense. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If you have received the wrong item, or the item is faulty, please contact us at to organise a return at our expense.

Please pay careful attention to the care instructions on the swing-tag and website, as the delicate nature of the product means it needs to be cared for properly to ensure the items have a long life. If items are soiled and show signs of being worn, the order will not be cancelled and items may be sent back to you with full payment due.

Under Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your order confirmation. Please keep evidence of the cancellation notice, and obtain a proof of postage. You will be liable to pay and arrange for the goods to be returned in original condition with original packaging and all tags attached.

Returns of Digital Downloads

If you wish to download a digital pattern within 14 days of buying it, you will have to give your consent to waive the 14-day cooling-off period.

If you do not give your consent, the 14-day cooling-off period still applies, but you will not be able to download your digital content until this period has ended.

After you have downloaded the content, we are unable to offer you an exchange or refund.
