SHIPPING OF PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

Each garment is made to order, according to your bespoke specifications. We aim to dispatch goods within 2-5 working days from receipt of your order. We take great care to keep stock of all yarn colours, but should stock of a specific colour sell out, you will be contacted as soon as possible to advise of the delay.

Please check your delivery address carefully to ensure that your items are delivered to the correct address.

 

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS

Digital Downloads are able to be downloaded immediately, once payment has cleared. These products will not be printed and shipped to you.

If you wish to download a digital pattern within 14 days of buying it, you will have to give your consent to waive the 14-day cooling-off period.

If you do not give your consent, the 14-day cooling-off period still applies, but you will not be able to download your digital content until this period has ended.

After you have downloaded the content, we are unable to offer you an exchange or refund.
